Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Pending charges may appear immediately on your credit card statement as a check on your account.
Can I change my order, for example regarding the shipping method or product size?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via contact@isallabel.com and we will do our best to assist you with your request. Please note that as we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we may not be able to make the requested changes.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, log in to your account and select the order you wish to track.
How long does it take to return my order?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to create your return. Select the order you wish to return in your account. Click Create an exchange or return and follow the steps. You will then receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

How much will my return cost?
You have the right to not be satisfied with your order.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the Product(s) and you will be responsible for any depreciation in the value of the Product(s) resulting from handling.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return meets our return policy, it will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earliest.
Please note that the return will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange my items directly in the ISAL LABEL store?
Returns and exchanges can be made directly in the ISAL LABEL store. Simply bring your items within 14 days from the delivery date to the store with your order confirmation email or a corresponding invoice. Our team will take care of the next steps.
