The website www.isallabel.com is managed by the company Rouge Etoile - SIRET 83913116600010 - Registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 839 131 166.

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") constitute the basis of the commercial negotiation and are systematically sent to you to enable you to place an order.

Article 1: Application of the General Conditions

These T&Cs govern the sale of products between the company Rouge Etoile (hereinafter "Rouge Etoile") and you. Any order from Rouge Etoile implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2: Products

The products governed by these General Terms and Conditions are those which appear on the website www.isallabel.com and which are indicated as sold and shipped by Rouge Etoile (the "Products"). They are offered within the limits of available stocks. The essential characteristics of the Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Article 3: Order

To place an order, you can fill your virtual shopping cart with the selected products and the desired quantities, then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and provide the information relating to delivery and payment method. Before clicking on the "Confirm order" button, you have the possibility to check the details of your order and its total price and to return to the previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify your order. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and forms the contract. An email acknowledging receipt of the order and your payment will be sent to you by Rouge Etoile as soon as possible.

Any modification to your order after confirmation of your order is subject to acceptance by Rouge Etoile.

Article 4: Delivery

Products are shipped within 7 days and delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option of canceling the order by letter with acknowledgment of receipt under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will reimburse it and cover the shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

Article 5: Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the goods purchased.

You must notify us (at contact@isallabel.com) of your decision to withdraw from your order, after which you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send your withdrawal request before the fourteen (14) day period expires and return your product according to the instructions included in our email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.

We will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of your request for withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for your initial order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any event, this reimbursement will not result in any additional costs for you. We may defer reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Product(s), whichever is the earliest. If reimbursement is made after the deadline mentioned above, the amount owed to you will be increased automatically.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the Product(s). You will be responsible for any depreciation in the value of the Product(s) resulting from handling.

Article 6: Price

The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order.

The prices of the Products are exclusive of delivery costs (shipping, packaging and preparation of the package according to the amounts in force). The amount of the delivery costs will be specified before validation of the order. The sale price of the Product is that in force on the day of the order. In the event of a price promotion, the professional seller undertakes to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the duration of the promotion.

Article 8: Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions of articles L. 211-4 et seq. of the consumer code and the guarantee of hidden defects under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the civil code.

- Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity that exists upon delivery. He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been placed in his charge by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

- Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code: To comply with the contract, the goods must:

1) Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:

- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;

2) Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.

- Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code: The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the good.

- Article 1641 of the Civil Code: The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, if he had known of them.

- Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.

Article 9: Reservation of ownership

We expressly reserve ownership of the Products delivered and sold until full payment of their price.

Article 10: Intellectual Property

Rouge Etoile is a registered trademark, belonging to Mr Pierre-Alexis Doutriaux, director of Rouge Etoile.

You may not refer to or use the brands, logos, documents or any other intellectual property rights belonging to Rouge Etoile and/or its president Mr Doutriaux without the express, written and prior authorization of the latter.

Article 11: Personal data

Rouge Etoile reserves the right to collect personal data about you that is necessary for managing your order, as well as improving the services and information that we send you. They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for executing services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal information and data concerning you.

Article 12 - Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
